Alarm.com is ending support for POTS delivery of alarm signals traffic to central stations next year.
In preparation for this they are ending support for POTS delivery starting on 11/6/23 by eliminating auto test, and open/close reports over POTS
They will also begin charging a $0.20 surcharge per account still utilizing phone receiver signal delivery starting 2/1/24.
