Telguard will have a maintenance event on Wednesday April 12th, 2023 beginning at 9:00PM ET (6:00PM PT) that could last up to 3 hours. Device connectivity should not be impacted during the maintenance window, however, there may be some short periods of time when certain services may be interrupted.
• Dealer, end-user portals, and apps may be unreachable for short periods of time.
• IP delivery may be unavailable during short periods of time, during which time these connections will fail over to POTS delivery as configured.
Although we don't expect the event to take the full maintenance window, our engineering and IT teams are diligently working to make sure we minimize the impact of this maintenance event and will provide updates as new information is made available.
