Verizon CDMA Sunset
Per the Alarm Industry Communications Committee (AICC)
At 2:00AM EST January 3rd, 2023, Verizon will shut down all CDMA service in the Eastern time zone. Over the next 3 hours they will shut down each remaining time zone.
When we get up on Wednesday morning, CDMA will be gone. No extensions, no roaming agreements, just gone.
Instructions are below on how to pull up your StarLink Customers on napcocomnet.com to see your ACTIVE CDMA StarLink CDMA Units
Please let Napco know if you have any questions as to which StarLink you would purchase to replace another manufacturers cell unit
